Pascale and Pierre Beaud, the owners, offer you their 2 personal holiday residences. Pascale is LMNP (Non-Professional Furnished Rental Company). Pierre is an entrepreneur in the metallurgical industry. We live in Haute-Savoie and we plan to spend our retirement in Cannes, in the southern sun... We also own furnished rental properties in Chamonix and Lyon. Pascale carries out the administration and management of these assets alone.
